Wild Queen Spiritual offers tarot readings, email readings, spiritual coaching, digital books and workbooks, and other spiritual or personal-development resources.

The description, price and delivery arrangements for each service or product are shown on the relevant page. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Tarot readings, spiritual coaching and website content are provided for spiritual guidance, reflection and personal development.

They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and should not replace support from a suitably qualified professional. No particular result, prediction or outcome can be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and wellbeing.

Bookings and Payment

​

Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued.

Live readings and coaching sessions may be provided through Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, according to the option selected when booking.

​

Please provide accurate contact information and ensure that you are available at the agreed time.

​

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

​

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a live reading or coaching appointment.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once or request a refund for the cancelled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are normally non-refundable and cannot normally be rescheduled. Genuine emergencies may be considered individually.

If Wild Queen Spiritual needs to cancel, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund for the affected session.

Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or refund right provided by UK consumer law.

Email Readings

​

Email readings are created personally using the question or area of guidance provided.

Please allow up to 48 hours from payment and receipt of all required information for delivery to the email address supplied.

You may request a general reading if you do not wish to provide a specific question.

Because readings are intuitive and personal, a different interpretation or an outcome that does not match expectations does not by itself mean the service is faulty. Please contact Wild Queen Spiritual if there is a genuine problem with delivery or the service received.

Spiritual Coaching

​

Four-week coaching includes the sessions and between-session support described on the service page. WhatsApp support is available Monday to Friday and is not an emergency or crisis service.

​

Responses may not be immediate. Coaching requires the client’s participation, and particular personal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

​

Digital Products

​

Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, shared publicly or altered for commercial use without written permission.

​

Where immediate delivery is selected, the customer must agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right will end once downloading begins.

​

This does not affect the customer’s rights if digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.

​

Amazon Purchases

​

Purchases made through an Amazon link are transactions between the customer and Amazon. Amazon’s delivery, cancellation and refund terms apply to those purchases.

The Wild Queen Tip Pot

​

Tips are entirely optional expressions of support. They are not payment for a reading, coaching session, product or guaranteed response.

Intellectual Property

​

Website wording, branding, graphics, workbooks, books, downloads, course content and other original Wild Queen Spiritual materials are protected by intellectual-property law.

​

Content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

​

Respectful and Safe Conduct

​

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour will not be accepted. Wild Queen Spiritual may refuse or end a service where continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe.

​

Any refund for an undelivered part of a service will be considered fairly, taking account of the circumstances and the customer’s legal rights.

​

Website Availability

​

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website and services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

If a technical problem prevents delivery, please email wildqueenspiritual@gmail.com so that the product or service can be provided again or another appropriate solution arranged.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Wild Queen Spiritual is not responsible for losses caused by relying on spiritual content as a substitute for professional advice, or for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when services, the website or legal requirements change. The terms that applied when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any consumer rights and court protections available where you live.
